Microbial protein(MCP) is the main contributor to the total protein reaching the small intestine of ruminants. Thus, optimizing ruminal microbial protein synthesis is advantageous for improving the protein status of the animal. Microbial yield in the rumen depends largely on the availability of carbohydrate and nitrogen (N). Synchronizing the rate of carbohydrate fermentation and protein degradation has been suggested as a means to optimize ruminal microbial growth and has becoming the new research focus. The following part will give a brief viewpoint related to the concept and the evaluation method of nutrition synchrony, and the research progress in the synchrony of energy and nitrogen release in the rumen on the synthesis of microbial protein.

The effect of ω6/ω3 polyunsaturated acids (PUFA) ratios on the gain weight, immunological performance in Arber Acre (AA) broilers was investigated in this study. Total of ninty female birds were distributed across 5 treatment groups, which were supplemented with 30∶1,20∶1,10∶1,5∶1,2.5∶1 PUFA of ω6/ω3. At 56 days of age, each treatment was divided into two groups and chickens were injected with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or saline for 3 days respectively. The results showed that no differences were found between the five supplementation (P>0.05) in the following traits: the gain weight, the level of total protein (TP) and IgG (P>0.05). Significant differences occurred in albumin (Alb), the antibody titre of New Castle Disease virus (ND) and cortisone concentration among the five dietary treatment. There was significant change in the gain weight between LPS and Saline treatments (P<0.05). The cortisone concentration of the first day was higher than that in the seventh day after injection. The reverse tendency was found for the level of IgG, TP and the Alb in the same time. Therefor,immune performance of AA broilers was influenced supplemented with ω6/ω3 PUFA. The average of TP and Alb in 20∶1 treatment and the antibody titre of ND in 2.5∶1 treatment were higher than other treatments.

240 55weekold Babcock (B380) layers were used to evaluate the effect of probiotics on their productive performance. The layers were assigned to five treatments randomly, they were based diet, added with 3,4,5,6 g/kg of probiotics respectively. The result showed that, compared with the control group,the addition of 5 g/kg probiotics could decrease the feed/ egg ratio, remarkably increase egg laying rate and the average egg weight(P<0.01).Also it could dramatically decreased the fecal emission of sulfureted hydrogen (P<0.01).

Adopting alginate concentration,skim milk and milk sugar as wall material, a combining method of extrusion and freeze drying was studied to protect Lactobacillus planticola from damaging of stomach and intestines environment.This paper had found out the optimum process of making microcapsule and addtive magnitude of supporters though the orthogonal experiment .The results showed that the optimum conditions for microencapsulation were established as follows:the alginate concentration as 3%, skim milk as 4%, milk sugar as 6%, calcium chloride as 2%,and Lactics' livability reached 7.67×1010CFU/g.

The present paper was conducted to investigate the associative effects(AE) between corn straw and different N source using gas production in vitro. Soybean meal and urea was used as main CP source and corn straw as NDF resource . The results indicated that the significant positive effect was observed among corn straw and soybean (9% to18% CP) and the maximum value was detected when CP level was 15% at 24 h. As for straw and urea, significant positive effect presented at 8% to 15% CP and the maximum value appeared at 12% CP. 

This study investigated the effects of photoperiod and implanted melatonin on the endocrine of some hormones relative to cashmere growth and cashmere growth. 36 castrated Inner Mongolia white cashmere mature goats, 23~25 kg of live body weight, were designed to three groups randomly which were treated with long daily photoperiod (LDPP, 16L∶8D), short daily photoperiod (SDPP, 8L∶16D) and natural daily photoperiod (NDPP), respectively.In each of the group, half of the goats were implanted melatonin monthly from Feb 20th to June 20th, the goats were fed in pens seperately.Cover coat sampes on bodyside were gathered monthly to analyze the cashmere growth rate and traits. Results showed there was a great difference in blood hormone conent in the treatments, melatonin was decreased with the increasing of photoperiod, implanted groups were higher than unimplanted groups. PRL, IGFI were increased with the length of photoperiod, implanted groups were lower than unimplanted groups, such hormone pattern was advantage to ashmere growth. As a result, additive cashmere production was increased by 338.83 averagely. The textile value of new cashmere was still up to the grade A standard except for one group within grade B. 

Pouring different dosages of APS(0.4, 0.2, 0.1 mg/ml)to exhausted swimming mice’s stomach, we analysed blood component and tested the activities of SOD, GSHPx, CAT. The results showed that the time to swim to exhaust in the highdose group was extremely remarkably prolonged (P<0.01), and that in the middle dose group was significantly prolonged(P<0.05); the total number of WBC, Gran% in the highdose group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01), Lym%, Mid% and Gran were very significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01), the concentration of HGB and HCT in the highdose group and sinodose group were very significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01); Lym% and Mid% in the sinodose group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the activity of SOD and CAT were significantly increased in the highdose group and the activity of GSHPX was very significant decreased (P<0.01); the activity of SOD in the sinodose group was significantly increased (P<0.05);the activity of AST and CK in the highdose group and sinodose group were very significantly decreased (P<0.01).Thus, APS has obvious oxidative damage effects.

This paper determinated the content of extract of schisandra chinensis effective constituent with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and investigated the effect of extract of schisandra chinensis on inosinic acid content in pectoral and leg muscle of broilers. 200 onedayold avian male and female broilers were randomly assigned to five treatments of four replications with 10 chicks per pen. The control was provided with basal diet. Treatments were basal diet added with 5 mg/kg Flavomycin (FLA), 0.1% ESC, 0.2% ESC and 0.4 % ESC, respectively. On 56 day, two broilers per treatment were killed, determinated inosinic acid content of pectoral and leg muscle. The result showed that the inosinic acid content in every tiral group was higher than the control and FLA group, and the 0.4% ESC group was the best. 

The IEF protocols of the twodimensional gel electrophoresis for bovine spermatozoa proteins was optimizied, the staining methods were comparied and the 2 D image was analyzied with the software of Image Master 6.0. The result indicated that the better stability and reproducibility of 2 D image was acquired by using the 24cm (pH3~10) Linar strips, focusing for 80000Vh and combining with the silver staining methods.

The FQPCR technique was used to study the expression of FSHR mRNA in adult boar testes and epididymis. The results showed that FSHR mRNA was expressed in testis and epididymis. The level of FSHR mRNA in testis ((1.66±0.14)×107 copies/ml) was significantly higher than that in epididymis ((3.54±0.25)×105 copies/ml) (P<0.01).

The objective of this paper was to prepare fowl cholera microencapsulated vaccine with ethylcellulose.The fowl cholera microencapsulated vaccine was prepared by an emulsionsolvent diffusion method and studied the conformation,particle size distribution,imbedding ratio and the sustained release behavior.The particle size distribution was found within the range of 10 μm and 80 μm,the imbedding ratio was over 70%,the accumulated release rate was 39.72% in 72 h.The microcapsules made by the method are regular in its morphology,the reappearance of pharmaceutical technology was good,the process for the production of microcapsules was simple and facile,the in vitro release experiment proved that sustained release behavior was remarkable.

The VP1 gene of FMDV contains major antigenic determinant and has the highest mutation rate in four structural proteins. Analysis of genetic variation during the passage is indispensable for vaccine research. This paper was studied on the sequence analysis of the VP1 gene of inactivated vaccine strains of FMDV which was generated in different hosts such as suckling mouse and BHK21 cell. The result demonstrated that the homologies among VP1 gene sequences were 99.4% to 99.8%,and the homologies among the deduced amino acid sequences were 98.6% to 100%. Compared with the MF1, VP1 gene and the main antigenic sites were conserved. So it is stable for producing inactivated vaccine and suitable to immune prevention of related livestock in prevailed area.

In this study, the AsiaⅠ_AKT03 strain of footandmouth disease virus(FMDV) was cloned and secondly cloned by plaque technique. The 50% of tissue culture infective doses (TCID50) and 50% of lethal doses (LD50) in suckling mice were compared with original, firstly cloned and secondly cloned FMDV.The results indicated that AsiaⅠ_AKT03 strain of FMDV could be successfully cloned by plaque technique. Through TCID50 and LD50 detection, it was found that the virulence of cloned strain was significantly higher than that of original virus. 

According to the reported gene sequence of M protein of canine distemper virus (CDV) in GenBank, a special pair of primers were designed to RTPCR amplify M protein gene by using the total RNA of CDV SH stain as a template. The results showed that the homology of gene sequence between CDV SH strain and A75/17, Onderstepoort stain and other seven strain were above 95%;the homology of coding amino acid between CDV SH strain and the others were above 97%. From this information, it can be predicted that M protein has highly conservative property.

To investigate the effect of FSH on nuclear maturation of sheep oocyte matured in vitro, the COC were cultured in IVM medium for 24 h, and were divided into 4 tgroups according to four different durations. Then, the rates of GVBD and exclusion of polar body Ⅰ(Pb I)were also analyzed respectively. Results: there were no significant differences in rate of GVBD among those three groups treated with FSH in the first 4 h or 8 h,but there were significant differences in rate of exclusion of Pb I of oocytes among the groups added with FSH from 4 h to 24 h,or 8 h to 24 h. Conclusion: FSH does not promote the meiotic division of ovine oocytes matured in vitro during the first 8 h, but it may play an important role during the period between the stage of GVBD and exclusion of PbⅠ.

The estrogen receptor (ESR) gene was studied as a candidate gene for the high prolificacy of Small Tail Han sheep. A pair of primers was designed by sequence of exon 4 of ESR gene in human, chicken and rat. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of exon 4 of ESR gene were detected in both high prolificacy breeds (Small Tail Han and Hu sheep) and low prolificacy breeds (Texel, Chinese Merino, Corriedale and Dorper sheep) by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP). No polymorphism was detected in the amplified region in the six sheep breeds tested. The results indicated that the sequence of exon 4 of ESR gene was rather conserved, and exon 4 may not be the functional domain that affects the high prolificacy in sheep.

Karyotype analysis was carried out by means of culturing whole peripheral blood from 394 pigs, which were produced from three hybridization combinations of 13/17 Robertsonian translocation pig. According to karyotype all the pigs were divided into different groups. A RsaⅠrestriction enzyme polymorphic site (locus A) in a 1746 bp fragment of porcine POU1F1 gene was detected by using PCRRFLP analysis and a mutation (locus E) in intron 5 of porcine POU1F1 gene was found by using PCRSSCP analysis in three hybrid populations. At the same time, the effects on growth traits and carcass traits of POU1F1 gene were estimated according to their growth and slaughter data. The result of population genetics analyses demonstrated a significant effect on growth in locus A and a significant association with growth and loin eye area for locus E(P<0.05). The results indicated that growth and loin eye area were correlated with polymorphisms of POU1F1gene which could be used as an interpretation for genetic mechanism on heterozygous advantage of Robertsonian translocation at the molecular level.

Fourteen Holstein cows were divided into two groups randomly and every group included seven cows. Every cow of test group was fed 10 g Rumenal-protect-choluine every day for 30 days form ante-partum, we tested the contents of glucose, D3Hydroxybutyrate, blood fat (triglycerides, total cholesterol, total cholesterol includes HDLC, LDLC, VLDLC), ALT and AST in the serum in six different time points, a week before parturition, 24 hours after parturition, a week after parturition, two weeks after parturition, three weeks after parturition and four weeks after parturition. All the data were dealed by independent sample T test. The results showed that daily average milk production during the first month after parturition of test group was 1.7 percent higher th0an control group; glucose in the serum of test group was kept in the normal level, higher than control group; D3Hydroxybutyrate of test group fell down(P>0.05); there were no evident difference of blood fat, ALT and AST between test and control groups(P>0.05). This experiment showed RPC can release negative energy balance after parturition, prevent ketosis, help cows to recover health rapidly, and increase milk production in the first month after parturition, and improve economic benefit of cow farm. 

Staphylococcus aureus is one of the main pathogenic bacteria of mastitis in dairy cow. Once infected, it is difficult to eradicate with available therapies. The studies on dairy cow mastitis presented stagnation because of its complicated pathogenesis and clinical progression. Researchers had begun to focus their research on establishing animal models. In this article, the experimental mouse model of S.aureus mastitis is established in order to study fibronectinbinding protein(FnBP), secreted toxins and the smallcolony variant(SCV). Results are helpful to discover the pathogenesis of S.aureus and develop new therapeutic approaches.

By gathering eggs from female adults of H. contortus,and hatching their eggs in incubation bottles,lots of monospecifical infectious larvae on the lids of these bottles were obtained, and contanmination was avoided from other worms.It was successful with these larvae infencting sheep. Then a lot of purebred L3 stage larvaes from the haemonchus contorts eggs were collected and got by salt floatation in the faeces of monospecifically infected sheep.The method provides a way to get purebred larvae in molecular biology research of parasites.

The antiPPV effect of chlorogenic acid which was extracted from Chinese herbal medicine was investigated in PK15 cell by observing cytopathic effect(CPE).The antiviral mechanism of herbs was determined by changing the different ways of drug administration (before or after with the virus respectively).Results showed that chlorogenic acid had antivirus effect in vitro and could inhibit the development of PPV.

To observe the interference effect of different types of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) on new castle disease virus (NDV),both of these viruses were cocultured in chick embryo, LaSota strain of NDV diluted at 10 times was mixed with M41,HN99 of IBV respectively in different dilution and coinjected into urinary vesicle of 10 days chick embryo. Hemagglution was adopted to get the result of the interference effect of different types of IBV with growth of NDV. Then IBV can be detected by the interference to making vaccine of IVB with NDV. The results shows that the interference of HN99 with the propaagatim of NDV is different with the dilated times and the sequence of inocalation. 

Seven days old ducklings without maternal antibody were inoculated with duck hepatitis virus (DHV), and treated with Chinese traditional medicine named hypericin oral liquid and western medicine oral liquid respectively at 7 days old or at 10 days old for 5 days. The results showed that compared with control groups,the two oral liquid were no side effect, nontoxic, harmless and produces significant therapy function. The livability with the hypericin oral liquid were 90.6%,84.4%,and western medicine oral liquid were 65.5%,56.3%.

The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of three Chinese herbal ultrafine powder on cruor effect, analgesic effect and enterokinesia in mice in order to study and develop a novel veterinary herbal medicine praeparatum with high efficiency and rapidly available. Compared with the control group, panax notoginseng ultrafine powder has significant cruor effect(P<0.05). No obvious effects of panax notoginseng ordinary powder on the effect of cruor(P>0.05). Rhizoma corydalis ultrafine powder has significant analgesic effect, when compared with control group and rhizoma corydalis ordinary powder group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, rhubarb ultrafine and ordinary powder has significant promoting function on peristalsis of intestines(P<0.01). Moreover, there were significant differences in the average pushing rate of intestine enterokinesia between rhubarb ultrafine powder and ordinary powder group in the same drug concentration(P<0.05).

Taking 6 months old Hezuo pig’ head and large white’s head as test material, the pig head was treated by gross anatomy, this paper have determined related basic measurement indexes, large skull’s area and dental formula of 6 months old Hezuo pig skulls and large Yorkshire〖JP1〗 skulls. The results showed that most basic measurement indexes and large skull's area of Hezuo pig are less than large white significantly, the occurrence of incisor and canine of Hezuo pig are earlier than large white slightly.
