To investigate the mechanism of action of anti-inflammatory and immunological regulation, the change of interleukin-2〖JP〗〖HT〗〖HJ〗〖LM〗

interleukin-2 gene in the level of mRNA in the spleen of healthy and immunosuppressive mouse was detected with the technology of real time RT-PCR. Compared to the control group, the gene expression of interleukin-2 in the spleen of mouse both high dose (0.20 g/kg body weight) and low does TCDCA(0.10 g/kg body weight)group could raised(P<0.01). Immunosuppressive model groups, high and low TCDCA could markedly revive the gene expression of interleukin-2 inhibited by ciclosporin A and the low TCDCA group markedly toped the control group. The mechanism of anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation has an intimate relationship with enhancing the gene expression of interleukin-2 inhibited in the level of mRNA in the spleen of mouse.
