The contents of research are involved in the effects of mineral elements on ruminant growth and development, the maintenance of physiological function, rumen fermentation, milk yield and product quality, immune function.

Heat stress is non-specific response reactions of physiological activities to the high-temperature environment, which is detrimental to ruminant animals. Also, heat stress is an important stress-induced diseases which affect the production and reproduction of ruminants in summer. It has been researched a lot in recent years. The author makes a brief summary about the effects of heat stress on ruminant from the research in 2009, and it involves in milk yield, milk quality, physiology, plasma biochemistry and endocrine effects of heat stress, and the current main measures to alleviate heat stress.

This test observed growth performance,muscle composition,digestive enzyme and immune system of Carassius auratus Linn. fed diets with aqueous extract of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-mazz. for 70 days. The results showed that with 4%,2% aqueous extract of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-mazz. could promote growth; 4%,2% group could improve muscle composition;4%,2% groups could rise significantly activity of diastase and proteinase(P<0.05);4%,2% groups could rise most significantly number(P<0.01);4%,2% and 1% groups could not effect content of total protein and triglyceride and activity glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) in blood serum (P>0.05);4%,2% groups could rise significantly activity of alkaline phosphatase in blood serum (P<0.05).

This article reviewed the research progress of Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS) in the evaluation of CNCPS fractions, construction of feed database, model validation, model modification and presented the research trend of CNCPS in terms of the construction of standard method for partition feeds, enlarging the feed fraction basic database, calibration breed factor, improvement the model of rumen and intestine and development of computer software in China. With the development and transformation of CNCPS in China, it will plays an important role in promoting the progress of Chinese livestock industry.

In order to provide the reference of rationalization utilized Humulus Scandens.(Lour.) Merr., this paper was engaged in the study on the trend of nutrient components and flavonoids content of Humulus scandens. (lour.) merr in different months. This paper studied the dynamic pattern of nutrient components (amino acids) and utilized the orthogonal design to measure the flavonoids content of Humulus Scandens. (Lour.) Merr at different stages from July to October. The results showed that compared with different stages, significant difference existed in CP content in July and September (P<0.01) and no significant difference in August and October; and significant difference existed in ASH and Ca content in October(P<0.01); significant difference existed in EE and CF content in August(P<0.05).With the growth stages progressing, CP content increased, the maximum in September and next in October;ASH and Ca varied with the trend of high-low-low-high, EE content maximized in September and next in July;CF content maximized in August and next in September;TAA and TAA/CP increased with the growth stages progressing, TEAA/NEAA varied with the trend of high-low-high-low; the total flavonoids content increased from July to September,and the lowest in October.Given the trend of nutrient components and total flavonoids content,it’s advisable that the nutrient components of Humulus scandens.(lour.) merr was higher in September and October, and the total flavonoids content was higher in August and September,and the humulus scandens. was utilized in September.

In order to assess the performance of weaned piglets fed diets supplemented with different doses of Macleaya cordata extracts, this study selected 252 Duroc× Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets which were(35±2) d old each and with close weight and were randomly divided into seven treatment groups: a control group (I group, pigs fed with basal diet without any drug additives), five test drug groups (pigs fed with basal diet supplemented with different doses of Macleaya cordata extract with 0.337, 0.675, 1.35, 2.7 and 5.4 mg/kg total alkaloids expressed as sanguinarine + chelerythrine), and a positive control group (pigs fed with basal diet supplemented with 30 mg/kg chlortetracycline). The treatmeat period lasted for 28 d. Growth performance of the various treatment groups were measured at the end of the test. The results showed that compared with the other dose groups and positive control group, these two treatmeat groups of 0.675 and 1.35 mg/kg(P<0.05)had a significant improve on feed intake(P<0.05)and average daily gain(P<0.05)and reduction of piglet feed conversion(P<0.05). At the same time, diets supplemented with different doses of Macleaya cordata extract can effectively prevent the incidence of piglet diarrhea. The results showed that the performance of weaned piglets fed diets supplemented with different doses of Macleaya cordata extracts and the economic efficiency were improved effectively. And the ideal dose is supplemented with 0.675 mg/kg dose of Macleaya cordata extract (total alkaloids expressed as sanguinarine+chelerythrine).

The transparent specimens of skeleton and cartilage were made by double-staining technique with alizarin red and alcian blue to observe the morphological changes of cartilage development in young mice. The whole mice taken at the days of 1,3,5,7,9,15 were flushed to death and the skin, eyes, brain, internal organs and adipose tissue were removed. The bone was stained into red and cartilage into blue. The ossific process of costal cartilage was the most obvious as the mice grew; the ossification of epiphyseal cartilage plate at the end of long bone in the posterior limb and the cartilage in the hip were clearly to be observed. The ossific process of costal cartilage, articular cartilage in the posterior limb and the cartilage in the hip were revealed clearly.

To study the effect of taurochenodeoxycholic acid (TCDCA) on cyclophosphamide-induced immunologic function of immunosuppressed mice. Immunosuppressed mice were established by peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (CTX, 50 mg/kg). TCDCA (100 mg/(kg·d)) was given by oral administration for 7 d. Using gravimetric method and spectrophotometry, the immune organ index, the antibody levels, the monocyte-macrophage phagocytosis and the lysozyme content of serum were determined. TCDCA had no significant impact on the thymus index, the spleen index and the hemolysin level of immunosuppressed mice serum; TCDCA could significantly improve the monocyte-macrophage phagocytic function and serum lysozyme levels of immunosuppressed mice. TCDCA could enhance immune function of CTX-induced immunosuppressed mice and had a certain protective effect to immune imbalance body.

In order to research the feasibility of recombinant adenovirus containing Cap gene of porcine circovirus type 2 as genetically engineering vaccine, we designed a pair of primers according to PCV2 sequence. The primers were used for the amplification of the porcine circovirus type 2 ORF2 gene. The target gene was inserted into vector pMD18-T and then subcloned to the adenovirus shuttle plasmid pShuttle-CMV to construct the recombinant shuttle plasmid pShuttle-CMV-ORF2. After the vector was confirmed correct by PCR, restriction endonuclease digestion and sequencing, lineared by PmeⅠenzyme digestion and transformed into E.coli BJ5183-AD-1 containing plasmid pAdeasy-1 to form the homogeneous recombinant adenovirus plasmid vector pAd-CMV-ORF2. It was confirmed correct by PCR, PacⅠ digestion and sequencing. The PacⅠ digestion of linearized pAd-CMV-ORF2 was transfected into AD293 cells using lipofectamine TM2000 for virus packaging and amplification. The target gene and its expression in virus were detected by PCR, RT-PCR, IFA and Western blotting. Three times plaque experiments purified the recombinant adenovirus. The TCID50 was 10-8.75/0.1 mL. It was indicated that the recombinant virus carrying the gene encoding the cap protein was successively constructed, and inoculated SPF-class female BALB/c mice with the recombinant adenovirus, and then detected specific antibody level with the ELISA antibody test kit. In these ways, immunization experiments in mice had measured the high levels of specific antibodies, thus provided basis for the further study with genetic engineering of recombinant adenovirus for the PCV2 vaccine.

To construct and express a single chain variable(ScFv) fragment against ricin, VH and VL genes of anti-murine RT monoclonal antibody were cloned by RT-PCR from hybridoma cell secreting anti-RT McAb. ScFv gene was spliced by sequence overlap extending (SOE) PCR. ScFv gene was cloned into pMAL-p2X expression vector and transformed into TB1 E.coli. After positive clones were induced by IPTG for 18 hours,the identification of recombinant protein was detected by Western blotting. ScFv gene of VL-(Gly4Ser)3-VH was constructed successfully. The VH chain consisted of 363 bp and encoded 121 amino acids. The VL chain consisted of 324 bp and encoded 108 amino acids. SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis showed that the RT-ScFv gene was expressed in TB1 E.coli. The ScFv antibody expressed by pMAL-p2X fused with MBP tag protein and the relative molecular mass of fusion protein was about 75 ku. The expression vector of pMAL-RT-ScFv fusion protein was constructed successfully,and procured high performance expression.

In this study,DJ-1 gene was cloned from λ phage cDNA library of Chinese gamecock and successfully constructed pGEX-4T-1-DJ-1 prokaryotic expression vector and pEGFP-N3-DJ-1 eukaryotic expression vector. The prokaryotic expression was used to study the DJ-1 protein in E. coli expression system for the optimization of expression and eukaryotic expression was used to transfer fibroblast lines to study DJ-1 protein in subcellular localization and the establishment of DJ-1 gene transferred cell model. To further in-depth study of DJ-1 gene function and lay the foundation for the relationship between the disease. A result,full-CDS areas of DJ-1 gene was cloned,and its orientation inserted into pGEX-4T-1 prokaryotic expression vector and pEGFP-N3 eukaryotic expression vector. The prokaryotic expression induced with IPTG concentration gradient showed that the DJ-1 protein expression was highest in 0.8 mmol/L. In the time gradient showed that the DJ-1 protein expression was highest in 8 h. Eukaryotic expression vector was transfected into fat-tailed sheep fibroblasts with the highest positive rate at 48 h,DJ-1 protein in the nucleus and cytoplasm were expressed,but the cytoplasm was majority. The results indicated that this experiment had established a stable DJ-1 protein in eukaryotic and prokaryotic expression system optimized for the DJ-1 gene function in further studies. This protein could also be used to do antibody preparation,immunization identification and diagnosis research,recombinant eukaryotic plasmid could be used for transgenic animal studies.

Using chromosome DNA of Escherichia coli MG1655 as template, sodC gene was amplified by PCR and purified by purification kit in this study. The PCR product of sodC gene was cloned into pMD18-T vector and transformed into DH5α competent cells. The recombinant plasmid containing sodC gene was selected and the inserted sodC gene was identified by cleaved with restriction endonuclease Sac I and Kpn I, and following by PCR amplification and sequencing. The results showed that the whole sodC gene was cloned successfully. Sequence analysis indicated that sodC gene displayed 99.6% nucleotide identities with the published sequences by GenBank. This research proved a foundation for the construction of recombinant expression vector of sodC gene.

This paper introduced a preparing method of genome DNA for a Huoyan goose and it laid a foundation for the constructing of bacterial artificial chromosome library .The genome DNA was extracted from a goose’s blood and digested by three restriction enzymes of Hind Ⅲ,EcoR Ⅰ and BamH Ⅰ. Meanwhile,different concentration gradients were set in order to get the optimal concentration of restriction enzyme.The results showed that Hind Ⅲ was the best enzyme and the optimal concentration of restriction enzyme was 40 U/μL. The genome DNA abstained by this method had a good quality and could be used to construct the bacterial artificial chromosome library.

The study aimed at improving gene transfection efficiency. We used PEI-mediated plasmid pEGFP-N1 to transfect NIH-3T3 cells in this study. NIH-3T3 Cells were divided into two groups to conduct one and two transfection,and observed under fluorescent inverted microscope at 48 h after transfection. The results showed that some cells emited green fluorescence, and green fluorescent cells in two transfection group were more than one transfection group. Calculated transfection efficiency to showed that two transfection method could significantly improve gene transfection efficiency.

Total RNA was isolated from Cervus Nippon peripheral blood lymphocytes, which were stimulated with PHA. Then the Cervus Nippon mature IFNγ gene was amplified by reverse transcription chain reaction. The results indicated that the cloned gene was mature Cervus Nippon IFNγ gene, which had the identities of 100% with the CerIFNγ gene published in the GenBank, subcloned into the eukaryotic expression plasmid pCIneo vector which had the CMV enhancer. The recombinant pCIneoCerIFNγ plasmids were transfected into BHK21 cell and MDBK cell by calcium phosphate. The stably expression of transfected cell lines were screened by the G418 resistance. Detected by Western blotting, to determine the relative molecular expression products were 23, 20, 16 ku, it is consistent with the forecast size. This research results lay the foundation for further develop of the Cervus Nippon biological preparations class treatment.

〖WT5”HZ〗Abstract: 〖WTBZ〗 Using the genome RNA of NDV-SS strain of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) isolated from duck as a template, the F gene of NDV-SS strain was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Then its gene cloning was completed, and its nucleotide sequence was determined. Nucleotide sequence homology and evolutionary processes analyses on amino acids sequence of F gene between SS strain and other NDV reference strains published in GenBank was executed using the sequence analysis soft. The F gene sequence of SS strain showed that NDV-SS strain was determined with its full-length of 1662 bp coding 553 amino acids. Amino acids sequence of F protein proteolytic cleavage position was 112R-R-Q-K-R-F117, indicated it is the virulent NDV strain.And the results of nucleotide sequence homology and evolutionary processes analyses showed that this strain belonged to the gene type Ⅵ, and had a close relationship with IT-227 and Italy-2736 strain. The presumable result was that this strain evolved from the NDV of pigeon origin.

In this study, one pairs of primers was designed and synthesized according to the sequence of Mammalia SRY nucleic acid and bird EcoR I published on GenBank, to amplify the true or false of Rana Chensinensis by the PCR technique. As a result, the amplified products of the four species had apparent difference. The four species named Rana Chensinensis, Rana amureansis, Rana nigromaculata and Buffo bufo gargarizans amplified four different characteristic spectrum bands separately 1000,250,450 and 750 bp,and to test the sequence by colon about characteristic spectrum band. To take BLAST analysis about Rana Chensinensis’s characteristic spectrum band(1000 bp), and discovered relative gene fragment on WZ chromosome of some birds.

C-terminal and N-terminal major epitope domain of ORF2 of swine Hepatitis E (SHEV) were express in E.coli, denominated ORF2-C and ORF2-N respectively. Indirect ELISA assay were developed to detect antibody of swine hepatitis E virus using recombinant proteins. Recombinant proteins were used as diagnostic antigen. Indirect ELISA assay were develop for detect antibody of SHEV. This assay was optimized for ORF2-C and ORF2-N antigen coating concentration of 8 and 12 μg/mL respectively and a serum dilution of 1∶50, with a standard incubation time of 50 and 90 min respectively. ORF2-C a reading of D450 nm≥0.348 and ORF2-N a reading of D450 nm≥0.397 was scored as positive. The positive coincident rate between the fusion protein ELISA and the available Kit was up to 93.3 % and 86.7% respectively in detecting swine HEV antibody. The result showed the indirects ELISA had a better sensitivity, specificity and repeatability. ORF2-C was significantly better than the ORF2-N used as coating antigen. This research was beneficial to further development of diagnostic kit for swine hepatitis E.

The ORF2 genomes of three PCV2 isolates were amplified from the samples that were similar to those pigs with PMWS, and approximately 17 nm in diameter under electron microscopy. The results of homology showed that nucleotide homology between the three PCV2 isolates was 99.5%-99.8%, and were closely related to the Zhejiang isolate and the Gansu isolate, sharing 99.7% and 90.7%, and displayed 92.0% and 99.4% nucleotide homology with the Sweden isolate and the South America isolate, respectively.

The PCR-SSCP polymorphisms of promoter of Fc receptor (FcRn) α chain (FCGRT) gene were studied in 189 Holstein cows. The results showed that PCR-SSCP polymorphisms were identified in promoter amplified fragment (P1,P2 and P3) of FCGRT gene. For the amplified fragment of P1, the genotype frequency of AA, AB and BB was 25.40%, 59.26% and 15.34%, respectively. For the amplified fragment of P2, the genotype frequency of CC,CD and DD was 20.63%, 56.61% and 22.75%, respectively. For the amplified fragment of P3,the genotype frequency of EE,EF and FF was 1.59%,12.17% and 86.24%, respectively.The sequencing analysis indicated that the polymorphisms were separately due to three single point mutation C to T, C to A and T to A at amplified fragment. Except for SNP1 in Holstein cows,the SNP2 and SNP3 sites in the populations were in a state of Hardy-Weinberg equlibrium.

This experiment was conducted to study the polymorphism on exon 2 of THRSPα gene in goose. The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of thyroid hormone responsive Spot14(THRSPα) gene was investigated in Zi geese, Wanxi White geese, Zhedong White geese and Shitou geese. One primer for exon 2 of THRSPα gene were designed according to the homologous sequence of duck. Six SNPs were detected by PCR-SSCP method. Within breeds of four geese were at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05). The results confirmed that there were polymorphisms in the exon 2 of THRSPα gene.

Calpain3(CAPN3), as the skeletal-muscle-specific calpain gene,has association with many production traits in domestic animals. In this study,we screened CAPN3 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in 96 Yanbian Yellow cattle by PCR-SSCP,and association analysis with some meat traits were performed by SPSS programes. Two SNPs (54982 A→G and 56094 G→A) were detected by DNA sequencing. Association analysis showed that genotypes in two locis were no significantly associated with meat tenderness and cocking lost, except for BB genotype has higher pH value than AA genotype at 3 d (P<0.05). Association analysis with meat color showed that genotypes in two locis were significantly associated with yellowness(P<0.05),but were no associated with other color traits. At CAPN3-1 loci,BB genotype had higher yellowness value than AA and AB genotypes,this was constant at different time,but there was no same situation at CAPN3-3 loci.

Kunming mice were chosen to administer by intragastric administration in this study. We evaluated the effect of the Sulfamethazinum to subchronic toxicity, bone marrow cell micronucleus and spern abnormality on mice. In subchronic toxicity test, the difference of weight changes of mice in high dose group and middle dose group were lower obviously than the control group and the low dose group(P<0.01). The organ coefficient of heart of the male mice in high dose gorup were lower obviously than the control group and the low dose group(P<0.05).The organ coefficient of kidney of the male mice were lower obviously than the control group(P<0.05). The organ coefficient of kidney of the female mice in high dose group were lower obviously than the control group and the low dose group(P<0.05). In bone marrow cell micronucleus test, high dose Sulfamethazinum group had significant difference compared with blank control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference in high, middle and low dose of Sulfamethazinum groups. And in sperm abnormality test. the high and middle dose groups had very significant higher rate than blank control group(P<0.01), the low dose group had significant difference compared with blank control group(P<0.05), the high dose group had significant higher than the middle and low dose group(P<0.05). The results indicated that the high dose of Sulfamethazinum group affected the heart, kidney and bone marrow cell micronucleus on mice, the middle dose of Sulfametazinum group had the influence on bone marrow cell micronucleus of the male mice, the high, middle and low dose of Sulfamethazinum groups had the effect on the sperm abnormality.

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of different treatment durations of luteinizing hormone (LH) on maturation in vitro of bovine oocytes. The experiments were designed as following:first,the bovine cumulus oocytes complexes(COCs) were matured in vitro in medium with or without LH, the appropriate GVBD rate about it was recorded and analyzed to determine the time course of their maturation in vitro. Second,the bovine COCs were in vitro matured in medium with LH during different durations respectively (0 to 3 h,0 to 6 h,0 to 9 h and 0 to 24 h). After 24 h for in vitro maturation, their percentage of polar bodyⅠ(pbⅠ) was also analyzed. The GVBD rate in the group treated with LH for 6 h(30.19%±5.22%) was significantly lower than the control 1 group (48.42%±5.92%) (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the percentage of polar bodyⅠ(pbⅠ) in group 4 treated by LH (81.05%±2.70%) was significantly higher than that of the control 2 group (65.89%±3.34%)(P<0.05). Thus, it might be concluded that LH may improve the nuclear maturation of bovine oocytes while they are matured in vitro within 24 h.

Genetic diversity of exon 3 in insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) gene was studied using PCR-SSCP technique in seven, eight and nine generations of Jinghai yellow chicken population in the present study, and calculated the genotype, gene frequency, chi-square value and some indicators of genetic polymorphism. The results showed that alleles increased with decreasing the number of generations; genotype distribution between the three generations achieved a significant(P<0.05) or very significant(P<0.01) difference; heterozygosis increased with the number of generations increased; the locus polymorphism of three generations were moderate. Indeed, the initial inference elected to stay on the IGF-Ⅰ gene had an impact on 31 points, the loci could be applied in breeding practice.

The complete sequence of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome b gene was amplified and sequenced from the 55 samples in 4 Guizhou goats population, and compared and analyzed with mtDNA cytochrome b gene of 8 goat breeds downloaded from GenBank . Sum to 11 variable sites were found in 55 individuals of Guizhou goats of which converted 10 times, T/G transversion 1 time. There were 7 kinds of haplotypes of 10 as a group of exclusive,and three kinds of haplotypes were shared by multiple groups. 4 goats breeds closer genetic relationship existed between both independent breed, during the same time, there were also genetic exchange. Guizhou Black goat was the closest to Guizhou Ma goat,next to Guizhou White goat,furthest to Guizhou Xiaoxiang goat. From NJ tree based on matrix dA among goat breees can know that 4 goat breeds had arisen from Capra aegagrus.

To study effect of culture time and epidermal growth factor on the in vitro maturation of rabbit oocytes. After superovulating female rabbit, we killed it and took out it’s ovarians, washed them and obtained COCs on the surface of ovarian by method of cutting with blade or by stab-extruding with niddle, observed the emission rate of the first polar body at different times (24, 30, 36 and 40 hours) and added in the basic culture medium with different concentrations (0, 50, 100 ng/mL) of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in vitro maturation. The results showed that: ①Method of stab-extruding with niddle to obtain the number of COCs was bitter than cutting with blade (P<0.05); ②the first polar body emission rate at in vitro maturation time of 30 (36) hours of was higher than 24 (40) hours (P<0.05); ③the first polar body emission rate in adding 50 ng/mL and 100 ng / mL EGF group was significantly higher (P<0.05). The LXRα and LXRβ genes were main candidate genes for muscle growth and fat deposition. In the present study, the polymorphisms of LXRα-Bsl I and LXRβ-Aci I were measured with PCR-RFLP in 112 individuals of Tibet pig. The results showed that the LXRα-Bsl I in Tibet pig had 3 genotypes of CC, CG and GG, and frequents were 0.4286, 0.4643 and 0.1071 respectively. The LXRβ-Aci I in Tibet pig had 3 genotypes of TT, TC and CC, and frequents were 0.1964, 0.5179 and 0.2857 respectively. For the genotype distribution of the two genes Tibet pig was much different with lean-type pig breeds, which might be related to the special traits of muscle and fat developments in Tibet pig.

In order to observe the developing rule of the cockspur and test the differences of the cockspur length between two strains of the Erlangshan Mountain chicken. The cockspur length was determined once a week from 23 weeks age for at least 100 cocks among each strain, the primary result showed that there was no difference among individuals in each strain. Then the cockspur length was determined once a month from 27 weeks age,the results showed that the orderliness for the cockspur length among 2 strains was not so high and it was associated with the individual development and time,there was no association between cockspur length and body weight; the cockspur length for SD03 was longer than that of SD02. The result showed that the cockspur length can be used to distinguish the two strains,but it was difficult to use in practice.

Genetic variation of an 875 bp insertion mutation located at intron 3 of epidermal growth factor (EGF) gene was analyzed by two-step PCR amplification in 13 Chinese and Western pig breeds having different reproduction ability, and genetic variation of this model with sow reproduction traits was also performed in 180 F2 sows from a White Duroc × Erhualian resource population. The results showed that the allele of this insertion mutation presented skew distribution in different types of Chinese indigenous pig breeds and Western commercial pig breeds. This mutation did not show any significant association with total number born,number born alive and number alive at weaning in this population,and the differences of mean value among genotypes also did not achieve significant level (P>0.05). Compared with individuals BB,individuals AA had 1.74 and 0.46 more number born alive and number alive at weaning,however there were only a few number of BB animals. Although the additive and dominant value of number born alive achieved 0.87 and 1.24,it did not achieve the significant level. So it was necessary to carry out SNP searching in the whole gene sequence and analyze the association with porcine reproduction traits in a large sample size.

In this paper the semen freezing of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats were tested. The extender containing Tris, citric acid, glucose, yolk and glycerol was used. After freezing, we achieved the result of 46.99% motile spermatozoa. The highest motility was 58%, and the rate of total unnormal acrosome was 37%.

Breeding values of Simmental bulls in Guizhou were estimated in ejaculate volume, mobility, frozen-thawed semen mobility or production of frozen semen based on 7172 records from 2006, 2007 and 2008 through animal model and MTDFREML software. Then breeding value ranks were analyzed and comprehensive breeding values were estimated according to genentic characteristics of four traits in this experiment. As a result, the breeding values in each trait differed from each other and ten excellent bulls were 6021, 2190, 6019, 6075, 6059, 6053, 452, 439, 6051 and 6063 in comprehensive breeding value. This experiment will give some reasons for selecting breeders.

This experiment is to study the effect of norfloxacin lactate on sperm shape abnormality,subchronic toxicity,accumulative toxicity and tolerance in Kunming mice. Healthy Kunming mice were chosen for experiment that adopted intragastric administration. Sperm shape abnormality,the organ coefficient,the accumulation coefficient and tolerance of rats were observed and calculated. In the sperm shape abnormality test, the positive control group of sperm shape abnormality has significant higher than the high dose, middle dose, low dose and the blank control group. After 60 d, the difference of weight changes of body between female rats in high dose group and control group was obvious; the organ coefficient of lung in high dose group of female mice were lower obviously than the control group and the low dose group. The organ coeffcient of lung and kidney in high dose group of male mice were lower obviously than the control group; no rats was dead through the cumulative toxicity test and accumulation coefficient was larger than 5; in the tolerance test,the mortality of rats in the test group was significantly lower than in the control group. It was shown from the experimental results that norfloxacin lactate was light cumulative toxicity and the sperm shape abnormality test was negative. But if rats were intragastrical with norfloxacin lactate for a long time,it might have an influence on lung and kidney of rats and norfloxacin lactate would induce a certain obvious tolerance.

A strain of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP) is isolated from 20 cases of swine which may be infected with APP from 4 large-scale pig farms in the north of Xinjiang. The strains were identified by morphologic, cultural and biochemical characteristics. And according to the sequence of APP, the 2427 bp of N-terminal of ApxⅣA was amplified by PCR cloned into pMD19-T vector and sequence analyzed. The results of DNA sequence comparison of the amplified fragment with the published sequence in GenBank showed 98% nucleotide homology, comparing with the three standard strains. The homlogy is separately 98.23%, 99.46%, 98.06%.

The pathogenesis mechanism of Mycoplasma suis is reviewed in this paper.It includes four facts. The first one is that Erythrocyte membrane alterations associated with the attachment and replication of M.suis and autoimmune hemolytic anemia. The second one is that it makes pigs produce cold agglutinins of immunoglobulin type IgM and causes Erythrocyte agglomeration and lyses and makes pigs occur the Ⅱ tape allergic response. The third one is that it makes glucose in blood decrease and body occur acidosis. So red blood cell infected by M.suis decreases the ability that takes along aerobic and causes a disturbance of pulmonary gaseous exchange. The last one is that it induces severe parasitemia suppression and misleads pig’s immunoreaction.

To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Ceftiofur suspension and build the model of mice artificially infected with Streptococcosis suis serotype Ⅱ.Mice were chosen to build the model of mice artificially infected with Streptococcosis suis serotype Ⅱ and process the cure test treating with Ceftiofur suspension. The results showed that the mice appeared typical clinical symptoms,pathologic changes and had good repeatability.And the cure rates of groups of 5 and 10 mg/kg were both 100%. The cure rate of 2 mg/kg group was 70%. Therefore, Ceftiofur Suspension as injection showed the best effect to treat the mice at dose 5 mg/kg.

Pseudorasbora parva collected from six fishponds around Zhenlai county, Baicheng area in Jilin province were examined for metacercaria (Clonorchis sinensis) by the methods of direct pressing slice and artificial digestion in order to carry out statistical survey for infective rate of metacercaria of Pseudorasbora parva. The highest infection rate and strongest infective intensity area of freshwater fishes with metacercariae was the sixth field of Sifangtuo. Subsequently, investigating all kinds of fishes of the strongest infective intensity area to learn information of infection of metacercaria. The results displayed the highest infective rate were 100% in Pseudorasbora parva, Pseudolaubuca sinensis and Phoxinus oxycephalus, then was 80% in Brachymystax Lenok. However, the other kinds of fishes weren’t detected out metacercaria.

In this study, we treated neonatal pig anemia with Helianthus tuberosus. The serum iron, hemoglobin, hematocrit, transferrin, reticulocyte numbers were tested, the results showed that the serum iron and hematocrit were significantly higher (P<0.05) in experimental group than control group after 7 days feeding, and the hemoglobin, transferrin concentration in experimental group was significant higher difference (P<0.01) than control group. The serum iron, hemoglobin, hematocrit, transferrin levels in experimental group were significant higher difference (P<0.01) compared with the control group after 15 days feeding, but the number of reticulocytes between the two groups no significantly difference (P >0.05). Those data suggested Helianthus tuberosus can perform a good treatment to neonatal pig anemia, it can significantly increase iron concentration in the blood, hemoglobin level, and increase transferrin saturation effectively.

A pharmaceutical susceptibility and clinical test of pathogenic isolated from chicken in Jinzhou district veterinary station was done, in order to observe the effect which three antibacterial killed and inhibited E. coli of chicken. The antibacterial was Junpusha,Qinjunkang and compound ampicillin soluble powder. The pharmaceutical susceptibility test was done by means of paper, all results showed that Junpusha was the best sensitive, Qinjunkang was highly sensitivity by two means to preparing bacterial hanging fluid. Clinical test used Junpusha 、and compound ampicillin soluble powder to carry on the grouping experiment, chicken of E.coli disease 300, each group of 100, four repetition inner group. The results showed that the average cure rate was 98.2% of Junpusha, 96.2% of Qinjunkang and 92.3% of compound ampicillin soluble powder. The clinical efficacy of compound ampicillin soluble powder was instability for distinct difference inner group. The clinical efficacy of Junpusha was best good in three antibacterial, the clinical efficacy of Qinjunkang as Chinese traditional combination medicine was also good. This test provided a reference for prevention and cure the E. coli disease from chicken in Jinzhou district.

To observe the anesthetic effect of ketamine in combination with sumianxin Ⅱ in laboratory minipigs,12 laboratory minipigs(11.33 kg±0.83 kg)were anesthetized by using ketamine and sumianxin Ⅱ(0.28 mL/kg,im), and analgesic effect,breathing frequency (BR),heart rate (HR),and adverse reaction such as dribbling and disgorging were observed. 100% of the minipigs were anesthetized in (4.2±1.6) min, and anesthetic condition maintained for (87.3±15.4) min. The BR and HR of pigs during operation were stable.The results showed that it was a good anesthesia method using ketamine in combination with sumianxin Ⅱin laboratory minipigs,and the anesthesia process and vital signs were stable. So it is a conveniental and safe method to anesthetize minipigs using ketamine in combination with sumianxin Ⅱ.

30 pregnant German shepherd dogs were carried out early pregnancy diagnosis with the B/M mode ultrasonography during 20 to 40 days after mating. The results showed that: At 20th day, pregnancy sac of 75% dogs could be detected; heart beat could be seen at 24th day; at 27th day, pregnancy diagnose accuracy rate was 100%; at 30th day, prediction of fetal number was most accurate; M-mode ultrasonography can accurately determine the survival status of the fetus.

There are many kinds of chicken coccidian. At present, the eight species are recognized in worldwide. The most harmful is Eimeria tenella and Eimeria necatrix from the eight species, that is one of serious, multiple and difficult prevention and control diseases in chicken industry, its mortality rate is 40% to 50%.In recent years, farmers lacked the knowledge of disease prevention and control can not reasonable selection and scientific application of drugs to cure coccidiosis, increasing drug resistance ceaseless, coccidiosis in certain region is always widely prevalent. The paper explained the reasonable application of anticoccidial drugs for reducing drug resistance, which was more effective in the treatment of chicken coccidian.

Honey and shrimp is an important food exports in China. Honey and shrimp with residual chloramphenicol were treated with γ-irradiation at the dose of 1 to 10 kGy. The results showed that irradiation can reduce residual chloramphenicol effectively in different medium. Degradation rates of residual chloramphenicol were different with different medium. 94.75% of residual chloramphenicol was degraded when absorbed dose was 4.3 kGy for irradiated honey, for irradiated shrimp 94.31% of residual chloramphenicol was degraded when absorbed dose was 7.5 kGy.

In order to study the effect of different combinations of exogenous hormones on the propagation ability of silver fox, randomly selected 50 healthy female silver foxes, which were divided into four test groups and one control group, 10 silver foxes in each group. In the first ten days of female fox ovulation, 4 test groups were injected with exogenous hormones, 2 kinds of hormones were injected in each group (number 1 and number 2), and the hormones of number 1 and number 2 were different in each grope. The female fox in the control group were managed by conventional breeding way. The results showed that in test 1 group (the combination of PMSG+HCG),compared with the control group, the average amount of each female silver litter averagely multi-produced 1.3 of each female fox, the difference was very significant (P<0.01); compared with the control group, the average amount of each female silver litter in test 2 group (the combination of FSH + LH hormone combination), averagely multi-produced 0.9 of each mother fox, and the difference was remarkable (P<0.05); While the difference of the amount of litter of test 2 group (the combination of Triple Hormone+LRHA3) and test 3 group (the combination of LRHA3+LRHA3) with the control group was not remarkable. By multiple comparison of 4 test groups (q testing Way), the difference of test 1 group with test 2 group and test 3 group was very significant (P<0.05), while the difference with test 4 group was not significant (P>0.05); the difference of among test 2, test 3 and test 4 was not significant. By the contrast of character with price, the rate of hormone character with price of PMSG + HCG hormone combinations (0.078) was the highest; the rate of hormone character with price of other three hormone combinations were all low (P>0.05). Overall, in PMSG+HCG hormone combination, the average amount of litter was more, the rate of hormone character with price was high, and the application results were obvious (P>0.05).

In order to discuss the mutton quality of different hybrid progeny under the condition of grazing in the plateau, White Suffolk, Texel, Bond and Australia Merino were used as male parent, and Gansu Alpine Merino were used as female parent to produce mutton through hybridization(set up separately for groupⅠ〖KG-*9〗,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ).Each group has five lambs. Hybrid yearling lambs of four combinations were selected to carry out the experiment of slaughter measurement and mutton analysis. The results showed that introduced varieties can obviously improve the mutton performance of Gansu Alpine Merino.GroupⅠand Ⅳ of four hybrid combinations were the most significant improvement. The muscle level of groupⅠwas evaluated as TM level, which the fat content was a little bit high. The muscle level of group Ⅳ and Ⅱwere evaluated as PME level, and groupⅢ as PL level.

The egg qualities and nutritional ingredients of chicken eggs between Haidong and New Roman chicken were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the weight of egg, egg shell,albumen and albumen/egg of Haidong chicken were significantly lower than New Roman(P<0.01),then egg shape index, yolk/egg obviously higher than New Roman(P<0.01),and egg shell thickness, haugh unit higher than New Roman(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in yolk weight and strength of egg shell.The crude protein of Haidong egg was lower by 21.3% than New Roman(P<0.01),crude fat higher by 18.1% than New Roman(P<0.05).

o measure and assess the influence of Liuwei Dihuang Tang and Dihuang on immune function in mouse. The mice were drenched respectively with Liuwei Dihuang Tang and Dihuang at high and low dose, then the body weight, thymus gland weight and spleen weight, and the phagocytic index of macrophage, and the quantity of WBC and RBC were determined. The results showed that the body weight, thymus gland weight and spleen weight, the number of lymphocyte and RBC of mice in experimental groups were increased, the phagocytosis function of macrophage of mice in experimental groups were enhanced. This indicated that the immune function of mice was enhanced by Liuwei Dihuang Tang and Dihuang at high dose, and Liuwei Dihuang Tang were better than Dihuang.
