Abstract: The hyperimmunized yolk antibodies against porcine circovirus serotype 2 (PCV-2) was obtained，and its cure effect was tested. After the hens were immunized with the inactivated vaccine of PCV-2 and eggs of hyperimmunity were collected, the hyperimmunized yolk antibodies against PCV-2 were prepared; the proof-test of live bacteria，safe experiment，antibody titer by double diffusion test and artificially infected piglets with the antigen were conducted; and the antibodies were used on the farms to evaluate the clinical effect. The antibody titer reached to 1∶64, the cure rate of artificial infection was 100% and the cure rate of clinic treatment test was 96%. The antibody was worth to be used in practice on the farms.
