Abstract: Selecting duck hepatitis viruses(DHV) isolated BZ-Ⅰ strain as inactivated vaccine strains, yolk antibodies were developed by the layers many times immunization. The yolk antibodies neutralization titers were 29.6 detected by chicken embryos neutralization test method. The animal experiments confirmed the yolk antibodies can be effective prevention and treatment of young duck attacks by duck hepatitis viruses(DVH) strong strains, this provides a new technology method for young duck viral hepatitis prevention.
