鸡转移因子脂质体对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能及肠绒毛长度的影响

Effects of Chicken Transfer Factor Liposome on Macrophage Phagocytosis and Length of Intestinal Villus in Mice

摘要: 为探讨鸡转移因子脂质体(chicken transfer factor liposome,CTFL)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞及消化吸收的影响,本试验选取了大小相近的18~22 g SPF级雌性小鼠30只,随机分成3组,每组10只,分别腹腔注射鸡转移因子(chicken transfer factor,CTF)、CTFL和生理盐水2 mL/只,隔日注射1次,连续注射5次,第11和21天检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬率,同时分别取十二指肠、空肠和回肠固定到10%福尔马林液中、石蜡切片、苏木素—伊红染色,显微镜下观察,测量各段小肠的绒毛长度。结果显示,CTF和CTFL组对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率的影响与对照组相比均差异极显著(P<0.01),CTF和CTFL组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。小鼠饲养11和21 d时,CTF和CTFL组的十二指肠绒毛平均长度均显著长于对照组(P<0.05),且CTFL组的十二指肠绒毛平均长度比CTF组长,而空肠和回肠平均绒毛长度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,CTFL和CTF均能显著提高机体免疫功能,CTFL对小鼠消化吸收的促进作用比CTF强。

Abstract: To explore the effects of chicken transfer factor liposome on mouse macrophage phagocytosis, digestion and absorption, 30 SPF female mice with almost the same size and weight were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly and each group with 10 mice. Each group was intraperitoneal injected with CTF, CTFL and normal saline respectively every other day and 5 times with 2 mL for each one, with the normal saline group as the control. After injecting 11 and 21 d, mouse macrophage phagocytosis rate was detected. At the same time, the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of each mouse were taken out and fixed in formalin liquid, for paraffin section, HE stain, then examined under a microscope and the length of intestinal villi were carefully measured. The results showed that macrophage phagocytosis rates of groups CTF and CTFL were extremely significantly different comparing with the control group (P<0.01), while groups CTF and CTFL had no significant difference (P>0.05). At the 11th and 21th day of the experiment, compared with the control group, the average length of duodenum of groups CTF and CTFL were significantly different (P<0.05), the average length of duodenum of group CTFL was longer than that of group CTF, while the average length of jejunum and ileum of all groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The results indicated that both CTF and CTFL could increase the immune function of the mouse and CTFL was better for promoting digestion and absorption.
